Returns & Refunds Policy

1 Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once an order has been processed or shipped. However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience a printing error or transport damage, please notify us within 2 working days of receiving your order. Where an issue is confirmed, we will rectify or reprint the job.

Faulty goods may be required to be returned within 5 days for inspection before a reprint or replacement is processed.

2 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
