All orders are subject to acceptance by Ariad. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order has been placed.

5 Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, designs, and specifications are correct prior to approval. Ariad is not liable for errors once production has commenced based on approved proofs.

6 Payments

If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. If an account becomes overdue, Ariad may apply a monthly finance charge of 1% (12% annually) on outstanding balances.

The buyer agrees to cover any reasonable legal or recovery costs incurred in collecting overdue payments.

7 Shipping

Ariad will arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

8 Warranty Disclaimer

Ariad does not provide any explicit warranties beyond the potential replacement of defective products. Any remedies offered are at our discretion.
